A financial institution commissioned Contractors Ghana to fit out a branch in Ridge against an opening date its board had already announced. Banking halls carry constraints an ordinary commercial fit-out does not: strongroom and cash-handling areas built to the institution’s security specification, cabling segregated for the bank’s own network standards, and every variation documented for the risk function’s sign-off. The programme was resequenced twice to absorb supplier delays without moving the opening, and the branch passed the institution’s internal facility audit at first inspection.
