A multinational tenant taking floors in an Airport City tower required a headquarters fit-out that would pass an internal workplace audit run from outside Ghana. Contractors Ghana carried the project from shell-and-core to occupancy: partitions and acoustic ceilings, mechanical and electrical services coordinated through a single builder’s-work schedule, joinery produced to shop drawings, and finishes checked against the tenant’s global standard rather than a local approximation. The fit-out was delivered inside the landlord’s house rules — protected lifts, agreed delivery windows, daily made-good common areas — and handed over with as-built documentation the tenant’s facilities team still works from.
